Luupp ("Luupp", "we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17380813. This policy explains what information we collect through luupp.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information in the following ways:

• Enquiries you send us — your name, email address and anything you include in a message, via our contact page or email.
• Discovery call bookings — when you book a call through our Calendly widget, Calendly collects your name, email and the scheduling details you provide. This is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy.
• Website usage data — we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. It reports aggregate statistics such as page views and referrers.

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your enquiries and requests;
• schedule and manage discovery calls;
• understand how our website is used so we can improve it; and
• meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
